Overview[]
While States are pursuing the resolution of cyber issues across many fronts, a significant gap remains between the ability to gather and share information and intelligence and the mitigation of breaches that have already occurred. This document is intended to provide a place to start for State leaders who envision an ability to operationalize intelligence and information in a way that can stay ahead of the curve when it comes to cyberattacks.
