The Account Takeover Task Force (ATOTF) was created by the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) the U.S. Secret Service, U.S. Treasury, Department of Justice and other federal agencies and private sector organizations. The Task Force focuses on the prevention, detection and response to account takeovers.
