Data
A block is a sequence of bits that comprise the input, output, State, and Round Key. The length of a sequence is the number of bits it contains. Blocks are also interpreted as arrays of bytes.
Filters
With regard to filters, to block means to prevent a user from accessing certain websites, content, data or emails.
