Call content is

any type of electronic communications sent by or sent to a caller or receiver, including transfer of signs, signals, writing, images, sounds, data, or intelligence of any nature.
[t]he same as “contents” as defined in 18 U.S.C. 2510(8) and with respect to any electronic communication, includes any information concerning the substance, purport, or meaning of that communication.[1]
