Bluetooth device Edit

A claimant is a Bluetooth device attempting to prove its identity to the verifier during the Bluetooth connection process.[1]

A claimant is a party whose identity is to be verified using an authentication protocol.[2]

U.S. copyright law Edit

"For purposes of copyright registration, the claimant is either the author of the work that has been submitted for registration, or a person or organization that owns all of the rights under copyright that initially belonged to the author of that work.[3]
