The FCC's Connect to Compete initiative is a private and nonprofit sector partnership to promote broadband adoption and improve outcomes in disadvantaged communities. The nonprofit will implement the following broadband, PC and digital literacy offerings:
- Multiple cable providers offering discounted Internet service
- Low-cost computers
- Digital literacy training
