Consent is

any freely given specific and informed indication of his wishes by which the data subject signifies his agreement to personal data relating to him being processed.[1]

Consent is a person's or entity's manifestation of assent.

Internet[]

Consent is

an individual's action in response to a clear, meaningful, and prominent notice regarding the collection and use of data for a specific purpose. Where an entity has a relationship with a consumer through an additional or different medium than the device to which Consent applies, Consent may be obtained through any such medium.[2]
