Cyberhooliganism is a

criminal action against the computer system that lead[s] to the denial of service, system destruction, website deface, stealing user's private mail etc.[1]

Overview[edit | edit source]

"Cyberhooliganism can be part of a cyberterrorist's action, can also be a job of so called script-kiddie (a person, who takes ready to use "hacking" software created by someone else and runs it against a computer system). Cyberhooliganism is essentially nonviolent, can cause financial losses."[2]
