European Union
A data subject is "[a]n identified or identifiable person to whom the personal data relate. An [[identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity."[1]
General
Data subjects are "persons to whom data refer."[2]
Das subjects are "persons, households, or organizations for which data are obtained and presented in statistical form.[3]
Ireland
A data subject means "an individual who is the subject of personal data."[4]
UAV
A data subject” is an "individual[] about whom covered data is collected."[5]
United Kingdom
A data subject means "an individual who is the subject of personal data."[6]
