Overview
The Email Sender and Provider Coalition (ESPC) was formed in 2002 by the Network Advertising Initiative for the purpose of developing effective policy and technical responses to the spam issue. The ESPC worked with the FTC and Congress on CAN-SPAM Act, along with numerous technology providers, and is currently working on solutions to spam and deliverability concerns through a combination of legislative advocacy, technological development, and industry standards.
