provides users with anytime anywhere access to data, services, and other users to successfully and securely achieve their mission, whether it is war fighting, intelligence, or business.[1]

"Enterprise Mobility is supported by the use of commercial cellular and wireless devices to access sensitive data and voice services while addressing risk when connecting to existing Government enterprise services. Commercial cellular carriers and other open access networks provide the controlled connectivity between mobile users and the Government enterprise."[2]
