The Global Intellectual Property Academy (GIPA) provides both multilateral programs and country-specific capacity building programs on intellectual property (IP) protection, enforcement, and capitalization. Programs are offered to patent, trademark and copyright officials, judges, prosecutors, police, customs officials, foreign policy makers, examiners and rights owners in the United States and around the world.
