A hazard is "a natural or man-made source or cause of harm or difficulty."[1]

Hazards are "a source of potential or actual harm. Hazards may be natural, technological, or willful in origin."[2]

Medical device Edit

A hazard is a "possible source of danger or a condition that could result in human injury."[3]
