Definitions[]

Implement (also implementation) is the

process of translating a design into hardware components, software components, or both.[1]
act of putting a procedure or course of action into effect to support goals or achieve objectives.[2]
[t]he publication of directives, instructions, regulations, and related documents that define responsibilities and authorities and establish the internal management processes necessary to implement the policies or procedures of a higher authority.[3]
