In October 1988, the Committee for Information, Computer and Communications Policy (ICCP) of the OECD approved the preparation by the OECD Secretariat of a study on the subject of security of information systems. This Report was submitted to the ICCP Committee in October 1989. It includes a review of cryptography technology and policy issues.
