I believe that, for a long time to come, this information superhighway, far from resembling a modern interstate, will more likely approach a roadway in India: chaotic, crowded and swarming with cows.[1]

The Information superhighway was envisioned as a broadband, two-way, publicly accessiblez network providing information services in the areas of education, entertainment and business. It combines elements of online services and the Internet.
