The Joint Authorities for Rulemaking for Unmanned Systems (JARUS) is

a group of experts from the National Aviation Authorities (NAAs) and the European Aviation Safety Agency. A key aim of JARUS is to develop recommended certification specifications and operational provisions, which countries can use during the approval process of a UAS.[1]
