This Report provides guidance to address the challenges of implementing an information sharing environment (ISE) and discussion of the policies, technologies, and government processes that will be required.
This report also describes the specific steps the legislative and executive branches can take to foster greater collaboration and information sharing across government in order to protect the nation from terrorist attacks.
