Navigation warfare (NAVWAR) is

A subset of electronic warfare (EW). NAVWAR is an environment in which
deliberate defensive and offensive action to ensure that friendly use of positioning, navigation, and timing information is unimpeded while simultaneously denying an adversary's use of such information through coordinated employment of space, cyberspace, and electronic warfare operations.[2]
