A security system consisting of a combination of hardware and software that limits the exposure of a computer or computer network to attack.

Maritime[edit | edit source]

A security system is

a device or multiple devices designed, installed, and operated to monitor, detect, observe, or communicate about activity that may pose a security threat in a location or locations on a vessel or facility.[1]
