Sorry I temporarily blocked you on the IT Law Wiki this morning. I have had a rash of articles being deleted with no explanation and have found that if I don't block the individual immediately, they have a chance to delete numerous pages and I have to spend lots of time reversing the deletions. So I have become a bit gun-shy and block first and ask questions later. So when I saw a deletion I immediately blocked you. Once I realized who you were I unblocked you. Sorry about that.

Now that Google Scholar has launched a website containing the full-text of U.S. case decisions, we intend to add links from the case citations in the IT Law Wiki to the full-text of the cases on Google Scholar. However, we would like to have the full-text open in a new window on the user's screen, rather than having the user leave our Wiki page and go to Google Scholar. Is there some way to add code to the IT Law Wiki that would automatically open a new window when a user clicks on an external link?
